Ticket products where tickets have already been sent to the customer will not be refunded, as these generated tickets cannot be cancelled or voided by the supplier.

Any future changes or modifications to the Contract shall be made in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Contract. By continuing to use the website after any changes or modifications, you agree to the updated or modified terms. The date of the latest amendments to the Contract will be indicated at the top of this page, and any changes will take effect immediately upon publication. We will notify our members of any material changes to the terms and conditions by sending an email to the email address provided during registration or by posting a notice on the website. We recommend that you check this page periodically to ensure that you are aware of any updates to the Contract. Any person booking a product shall be deemed to have accepted the Contract on behalf of all persons named in the booking.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

When booking a product through Vegaliatravel.com, you will be asked for your payment information to process the payment. Credit cards such as Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover, as well as PayPal, are accepted at no extra charge. Payment in full is required at the time of booking and will appear as “Vegaliatravel.com” on your credit card statement.

Regarding cancellations, once a service or visit begins, no refund is offered, unless required by applicable legal rights. Cancelling a booking may incur cancellation charges by Vegaliatravel.com and/or the tour provider, which will be notified by email or telephone. If you cancel at least 72 hours in advance, the full amount paid will be refunded minus the percentage generated by the payment gateway (4%). If you cancel between 0 and 71 hours before the scheduled departure, 100% of the cost of the booking will be charged. Any refund can only be made within 120 days of purchase.

If you do not show up at the scheduled time for an excursion, you will be considered to have waived your right to participate in the excursion. If the guide does not show up at the specified time, the client should contact Vegaliatravel.com at +1702-516-6193 directly or via WhatsApp.

On Vegaliatravel.com, prices shown on the website are per person, unless otherwise stated. These prices are in US dollars and may be subject to change without notice until the booking is confirmed. In addition, it is important to note that prices do not include tips for drivers or local guides.
