More information about

What are we going to do?

Our guide will meet you at your hotel, and from there the magical adventure of the tour to Death Valley, our first stop will be at the Dante’s viewpoint to observe the best views of the park, we will continue towards the Zabriskie viewpoint, named in honor of Christian Brevoort Zabriskie, vice president and general manager of the company Pacific Coast Borax, the exploitation and extraction of borax was one of the economic activities in the Valley, with the extracted borax was produced a soap called in English The Twenty Mule Soap, the borax was transported by 18 mules and two horses.

We will visit the lowest point in the western hemisphere located 85 meters below sea level Badwater, we will contemplate the salt flats created by the evaporation of water and high summer temperatures, a unique place for photography. On our way back to Furnace Creek we will pass through Artist’s Drive where we will be able to appreciate the variety of colors in the rocks due to the different natural minerals.

The Timbisha Tribe has inhabited the valley for more than 1,000 years, the valley of death is named after the explorers who dared to cross it in the early 19th century attracted by the gold rush. The park was granted national park status in 1994 and is visited by more than one million people per year.

After the visit to the Valley we will enjoy lunch at one of the restaurants in the area and continue back to your hotel in Las Vegas. The activity will end at approximately 4:30 pm.
